Mobile Health Chart App Prototype
Enables iPhone users to take charge of their medical records. Allows users to store and access records from multiple health care providers in one place in real time to improve decision-making in consultation with their personal physicians.
This product addresses the need for customer-driven portability of basic personal/family electronic health records (EHR) between providers that is highly secure and independent of health provider ownership. Simplicity in execution will be emphasized to accommodate emerging government-mandated application interface standards for certified Health IT software.
Database Design
Created a database using the the data dictionary above. Created tables, loaded data into those tables, and queried the database using Microsoft SQL Server.
